The Simpsons Na!!!!

Sana hindi xa pixelated...
Ewan ko kung kelan ako makakapanood pero excited ako at palabas na ang pinakaabangang movie of the year, The Simpsons. About three weeks ago, merong ganito sa Mega Mall:




Well, hanggang ngayon meron pa din naman. Ang cute!!!!! Ang laki nila. Kaya lang ngayon, hindi ka na pwedeng tumabi kay Homer kasi naglagay na sila ng harang. Na-realize siguro ng taga-SM na masyadong pinagkakaguluhan ang the Simpsons. Gayun pa man, masaya ako kasi isa ako sa mga pinakamaswerteng nakapagpa-picture with the Simpsons!!!! Wala pang harang nung nagpapicture ako. tapos si ate asar talo kasi di na siya nakatabi kay Homer nung nagpunta kami sa Mega Mall last week. Haha.. Wla lang.. :D

I really don't know where he got it and why he wants to be called by such Japanese-sounding name. I see him everyday but until now I still don't get it. 2. Stay up really late -- even when I was in college, I wouldn't review for a big exam just to get some sleep

1. NU 107 -- esp. when Francis Brew is on air. hehe
2. That voice -- I don't know if that's conscience or God
3. Parents -- they are sometimes annoying but they do make sense

3. People who speak as if they know everything about God and life

1. Learn to play the bass guitar

Do You Believe in Destiny?

Sometimes I do. It actually depends on the mood. If you believe in destiny, then check this out. Rivermaya is looking for a new vocalist. I'm sure people (especially me!) will kinda feel awkward when they see the new Rivermaya lineup. There are other bands (e.g. Ereaserheads, Inxs, etc.)who tried to replace their vocalists but only a few of them succeeded in having their fans to listen to their songs again. I think Rivermaya's music will be influenced by the changes that are happening to them. I don't know if I'll still like the band's sound when it will have a new vocalist, but I guess that's how music develops. Musicians need to undergo certain life-changing experiences to create new music. And I maybe, just maybe, that's what makes music pretty interesting.

Anways, I saw this new video called Call Center (Live Version) by Cambio. The melody is so cute!

Sayang

Last week, I heard Rivermaya's newest single Sayang. It is the first song that the band released without Rico Blanco. It is a sad song and it is such a sad realization that for the second time, the vocalist of Rivermaya has left the band. I am a fan of Rivermaya and I used to have a huge crush on Rico Blanco (hehe). Although the band could have sticked together for several more years, I believe Mr. Blanco has good reasons for doing that.




Well, good luck to the three guys (Mark, Japs, and Mike) who opted to stay in the band to continue creating poignant OPM music. And to Rico Blanco, I am sure he'll do fine because he's such a talented man.
